The eight tools, installed at Loreley.
The same system every restaurant in the program gets — here is what each tool became at Loreley, and when.
Website + SEO
The Tableify site went live in August with 57 SEO pages; 122 are live now, 80 of them targeted to private events and group bookings — plus 11 seasonal festival pages and a page for each of the three rooms.
Reservations
Online reservations on the site, including free-to-reserve party room slots on Fridays and Saturdays.
CRM
Every inquiry lands in one pipeline with its date, headcount and room — from the website form, web chat, email, phone, Instagram messages and the reservation platform.
AI Event Manager — Nora
Answering every inquiry since May, the moment it lands — median first reply 4 minutes in every month measured, day or night. Loreley’s team keeps the pricing and the close.
Ads Management
Facebook and Instagram campaigns designed, run and measured as part of the system. Every inquiry they produced landed in the same pipeline as the rest.
Photo + Video Shoot
A professional photo and video shoot — the garden, the rooms, the drinks. Every photo on this page is theirs.
90 Days of Social Media Management
Posts and reels cut from the shoot footage, published to Loreley’s channels, with more drafted for the season ahead.
Tracking + Reporting
Inquiries, replies, bookings and value, reported every month. This page is built from those reports.
$326,963 in confirmed events.
1,163 leads. 281 booked. Five months.
May to September on one timeline: private-event leads each month on top, the value of the events booked from them underneath. Nora started answering every inquiry in May. The Tableify site went live in August with 57 SEO pages, most targeted to private events. September set the record: 338 leads.
August took 241 inquiries, 35% more than July — the same month the Tableify site went live with its 57 SEO pages. September took 338, 40% more than August — the record month.
24% of 1,163 leads booked. Recent months are still being worked, so this keeps rising.
40% more than August. 83 booked, $105,344 confirmed — the biggest month for bookings too.
35% more than July. The month the Tableify site went live with 57 SEO pages. 48 booked, $52,593 confirmed.

last 30 days
≈ $107,000 more at the 24% rate
What the open pipeline is worth. The last 30 days brought $549,824 of quoted events: $105,344 is booked and $444,480 is still open. At Loreley’s 24% booking rate, that open pipeline is worth about $107,000 more in confirmed events.
How we count. A lead is one private-event inquiry, counted once in the month it arrived, through any channel: website form, web chat, email, phone, Instagram messages, or the reservation platform. A party booked directly on the website counts as one inquiry and one booking. “% booked” is booked ÷ leads for the month. Confirmed event value is the value of the events booked. Open pipeline is the value of the last 30 days’ inquiries that have not booked yet. Five full months, May 1 to September 30, 2026. Figures as of September 30, 2026.
What brought them in: content, campaigns, and a site built to convert.
The first two links of the chain. Professional content and campaigns earn the attention; the website turns it into visits; the inquiry form, the chat and the reservation platform turn visits into tracked private-event opportunities.
80 for private events & groups
September: 338 inquiries.
Every one of them through the site, the chat, email, Instagram, the phone or the reservation platform, recorded with its date, headcount and room. Here is what a record month looks like, inquiry by inquiry.
40% more than August’s 241
Where the 338 inquiries came from
Every September inquiry by channel — all of them, not just the ones that booked. 239 through the website form.
How big the parties were
Guests per inquiry in September (15 gave no size). 192 were parties of 26 or more.
When they arrived
Inquiries by hour of the day, New York time. 121 of 338 came in after 6pm and 65 before noon — when nobody is at the host stand, Nora is.
What kind of party they asked about
What got booked
83 of the September inquiries booked. The other 13: Garden Room 4, Lounge Exclusive 3, a free table 1, no room set 5.
$40,076 in confirmed bookings
came in after 9pm.
158 inquiries arrived after 9pm from May through September — nobody at the host stand. Every one got its first reply from Nora, the AI event manager, within minutes; 33 of them booked, $40,076 in confirmed events. The rest of the day gets the same 4-minute median. Nora quotes the right room for the party size and date, then hands the conversation to Loreley’s team for pricing and the close.
- Nora’s reply is the first thing every inquiry gets, the moment it lands — website form, web chat and the rest
- Median first reply 4 minutes — in July, August and September alike
- Loreley’s team steps in after her — the room, the pricing, the close
- Every conversation lands in the CRM, not a lost DM
May 1 – Sep 30
from after-9pm inquiries
| Month | Leads | Median first reply |
|---|---|---|
| July | 179 | 4 min |
| August | 241 | 4 min |
| September | 338 | 4 min |
The median is the time from an inquiry landing to its first reply — Nora’s. July through September are the months it can be measured.
The parties the system books, in the guests’ words.
Verbatim from public Google reviews of Loreley. Nothing paraphrased, nothing invented.
“I had a birthday celebration and private reserved the downstairs space on a Wednesday … We fit 45 people comfortably with a private bartender … They were so accommodating and lovely. Had excellent large food platters to share. And the beer is great! … I’d definitely recommend having your next get together here.”
“Hosted some friends to celebrate a bachelor party in the basement at Loreley, and we had the time of our lives. Good beer, ability to choose your own music if you book in advance, and a great atmosphere. … Could not recommend it enough!”
“The Party Room / Lounge at Loreley was the perfect place for me to get my friends together for my birthday! … The space was great - nicely decorated and easy to navigate and sync music too. It was so much fun and would highly recommend to anyone looking into hosting an event for a big group!”
“We had a happy hour for ~20 people at Loreley, and the staff was amazing! Incredibly attentive to all of our needs, and very accommodating of our asks. … Would definitely recommend for large group gatherings - they will take great care of you :)”
Pick a time. We bring your numbers.
Twenty minutes. We pull up your Google listing and your Instagram before we talk, then walk through the eight tools — and what a Loreley-style record month would look like — on your restaurant.
No card, no commitment. If the system is not a fit for your restaurant, we say so on the call.
One system. One team.
90 days.
Loreley got the website, the reservations, the CRM, Nora, the ads, the shoot, the posts and the reporting as one plan — and $326,963 in confirmed private events in five months. Every restaurant in the program gets the same eight tools, installed and run as one plan.
